Resilient Ones has a growing number of women and men who have become empowered and are experiencing healing by going through the study book, Mending the Soul and other RO evidence-based healing programs. We have been coordinating these healing small groups in our San Luis Obispo County since 2017 to help bring the needed healing to 68% of our community who are struggling with trauma.
